[WriteLog] Master.dta file

This weekend I created a special Master.dta file for the FOC Marathon. The entries included the operators name such as "K2GN/LARRY".  After logging for a short time I realized the Super Partial Check was missing calls at least half the time.  The was confirmed by another writelog user (Larry K2GN)who  located the problem. He discovered that one of my entries was 16 characters long (PJ6/PA0VDV/JOEKE) and when it was shortened to 15 characters the entire master.dta again worked as expected. I realize that this is not the everyday use for the Master.dta file but it may be useful to others as well. The problem is that just one call over 16 characters can cause the entire master.dta to malfunction.
