[WriteLog] How to fix the MIC problem in WriteLog

To make WriteLog accept MIC for the state do the following:

1.  Open the mexrtty.ini file in the \ham\programs folder.
2.  Find the entry that says MC=0.
3.  Change it to MIC=0.

Problem solved.  This seems to be a flaw in the SM6SRW module, rather
than in WriteLog itself.  I had it fixed with an older module but when
upgrading to the latest version it set it back to the old entry.
