[WriteLog] Problem with MicroHam USB Interface

I've turned down the power of the Icom to .5w  and still it happens 
I know it sounds like RF feedback but I've almost that is possible to stop
it. I've just tried it on a dummy load and lo and behold it still happens 

Ideas Bob??

Does this only happen with RF present?

What happens if you turn down your output power?
