[WriteLog] !0.45m Problem with Rig Control

I believe that the rig button has been eliminated
It really was extra anyway.
If you have a rig type chosen for that COM port then it is a rig interface.
CW on the other hand, you have to chose which one, especially if you have
more that one port
in use, such as with two rigs.
So, no lost function, just removal of extra "stuff"
