[WriteLog] Icom ICOM CT-17

Nick, John,
While the CT-17 will support multiple radios with a different CI-V address, 
I do not believe Writelog will support issuing commands on the same Com 
port with the different CI-V addresses.  You can select only one radio 
"type" for that Com port.
