[WriteLog] Icom ICOM CT-17

This has come up in another forum recently.

What was suggested as one possibility would be to set up another com port i=
n the WriteLog.INI file to have the same addresses and IRQ as the one where=
 the CT-17 is connected.  It might work.  I don't have 2 icom radios to tes=
t it on.
