[WriteLog] Font forPacket Terminal window

By copying the font information from another section into the Packet Window
section of writelog.ini and playing with the values, I was able to have WL
start with the same font in the packet window.  I assume that the program
doesn't save the font information in the .ini file each time.

I'd like to request that this be added in a future release.

I can't get WL to remember the font, Andale Mono, I set the last time I used
the program for the Packet Terminal window.  Others?
