[WriteLog] AFSK on RTTY not LSB on 1000mp field

Thanks Thor.  All of that is not obvious from the manual.

We'll be ready for the next big RTTY contest!

By the way, we're using networked Writelog with MMTTY in Multi-2 and it's w=
orking perfectly.

If we had the narrow filters working, it would have been more fun though.
