[WriteLog] DL1EFD modules updated

Hi guys,

I have uploaded a new version of my modules to my website http://www.dl1efd.de
Changes include:

- Added DIG QSO Party
- Added IARU Region 1 V/U/SHF Contests (Summary Sheet for logs to DARC)
- Rule changes for HSC Contest, AGCW QRP-/QRP-Party and DARC 10m Contest
- Some improvements to the DL-DX RTTY module
