[WriteLog] Bullying

The organisation I work for has seen some pretty horrendous bullying and
harassment over the years by managers and employees, it is now attempting to
have zero tolerance on it. I come home and via e-mail I am subjected to what
I would term as a classic case of bullying.

I calmly and respectively asked that contributors should be more considerate
when generating discussions where the topics have no relevance to WL. I have
been subjected to a series of e-mails which suggested "I was acting like a
policeman," "I should leave it to Wayne to decide," "I should delete the
messages," I should broaden my outlook" etc.

The message coming across was : We are in charge, we are kings of RTTY etc,

I am not going to name callsigns, they know who they are but I AM NOT GOING
TO BE SUBJECT TO BULLYING.  Much as these guys might dislike it, times HAVE
changed. RTTY is only a minority interest in terms of added value to this
Reflector.

The discussions I referred to were off-topic and private and should not have
been sent to this Reflector.  I retain the right to comment in this vain in
the future and will do so if I think it necessary.  Chris G3SJJ
