[WriteLog] New Super Check Partial database files now available - VER20040117

[Randy Thompson, K5ZD]

You can put the files anywhere.  You tell WL where they are by going to the
Setup menu, select Super Check Partial, then click the browse button and
find the file.  To get WL to remember these settings after you shut down,
don't forget to go to Setup, Save Configuration.
