[WriteLog] Problems with two sound cards and MMTTY plug-in

While setting up for the NAQP RTTY contest, I have found that WriteLog with
the MMTTY plug-in now won't open the second sound card.

It has worked in the past and I can open two windows of MMTTY and each will
operate with it's assigned sound card.

With my system, the original sound card is device (-1) in MMTTY and the
second sound card is device (0). WriteLog gives me an error that it cannot
open Soundcard (0).

Any suggestions on what to look for?
