[WriteLog] mfc application error

I shut down after CQ cw contest last week, WL worked perfectly.
Today, I tried to get ready for 160 and I keep getting
Writelog MFC Application error.
No other programs are running.
nothing else is using com ports
I can't open a new contest nor open a previous contest.

Error message says AppName writelog32.exe
AppVer. 10.0.45.15 ModName wlogcw32.dll
Mod Ver 10.0.38.2 Offset 000011d7

Hope someone has an idea what went wrong.

In the past, that error message or similar type error message
was due to something being open that used the same com port
