[WriteLog] HSC Contest

Hi Art,

you didn't do anything wrong. I managed again to screw up the
Installer. The files just weren't included, only the selection.
It really is not enough to test it on the development computer.

There is a new version on the webpage. Let me know if there
are more problems.
