[WriteLog] Answer to no rig control onserial card

Tnx for the replies and info on my problem of no rig control or fsk on com 4
or 5, a byterunner pci card.

The solution was to update the drivers for the card.  This card is 2 years
old and drivers were dated mid 2001 and first used in a windows ME computer.
Now using it in an XP computer and found xp drivers dated summer 2003.
Works ok now.

If you have  trouble with a pci card not working the way you think it
should, consider  updating  the drivers.
