[WriteLog] Roundup Mults

After the contest ended Sunday I copied my log to
my laptop.  The number of mults shown on the copy is
different from that in my "real" log.  Comparing the
two I find that my real log gives me credit for all
48 states even though I didn't work VT.  The mults
window still shows VT as needed.

Any ideas?
