I prefer to see W0ETC 599 DE DE WB3LGC but other might like the /. or -
between the two DEs.  Don't listen to me but pay attention to how the
majority want to see it.

OK, how do you want me to send DE?  DE/DE, DE-DE, DE DE, DEL DEL ???  I
had a number of requests for the state again...  I typed the two letters
while the exchange was sending.
