[WriteLog] Comm PTT with Orion

Just a heads up that I've found that Comm PTT "yes" works in ssb with the 
Orion but should be set to "no" for cw or the rig will just key a solid 
carrier for the duration.  As has been discussed on the Ten-Tec reflector at 
length, the Orion doesn't support PTT (only qsk) in cw either through a 
separate line or evidently through a command.
