[WriteLog] Function keys

This is annoyingly easy to forget.  During BARTG, while CQing, I clicked 
on some other window I had open.  All of a sudden I had numerous people 
calling me and I couldn't shut off the Auto-CQ to answer them.  Just 
kept sending my CQ message over and over.  By the time I realized what 
the problem was and restored focus to the Entry window, they had gone.
