[WriteLog] Ver-10.48F ready for downloading..

I just wanted to take a minute to say a big THANKS to Wayne, Ron
and anyone else who worked on the 10.48F upgrades for SSB contesting.

The extra message slots and the ability to utilize full call sign voice
keying
makes Writelog WAY more powerful than any other program out there
when it comes to the use of pre-recorded wav files...

Can't wait to test it out!
