[WriteLog] Points lost

seems to make an assumption that results in mis-scoring if you are operating
from the US.  During the contest, Writelog scored all my US QSOs as 3
points.  When I ordered up the Cabrillo report Writelog asked me for my
zone - which is in the US.  The program then went back and rescored all my
US QSOs as 1 point, as they should be.
Perhaps, when the IARU module is next fixed so the 10 minute timer counts 10
minutes instead of 60, a prompt could be added at launch, asking for your
zone?

Look again and make sure its NOT scoring ALL your USA qso's as 1 point. It 
should score only those stations in your same ITU zone as one pointers.
