Thanks to all for the quick responses. My posting indicated that I was trying to upgrade from Ver 10.46 to Ver 10.38. Yep, another "Senior Moment" at the keyboard. In reality I was trying to upgrade to Ver 10.48 not 10.38. Ron (K5DJ) set me straight and all is well. Thanks to all for the help de W0AW
