[WriteLog] problem sending rtty

I knew it had to be some problem with WL accessing Com 5.
I switched my cw/ptt/fsk device from the com 5 SIIG card to the computer Com 1 and it
works again as before.
I put the rotator which had been on com 1 and now that works properly.

For some reason, WL would give me that "Com 5 not available" message before.
Go figure, bet it's Al Qaeda.....
