[WriteLog] WL Enhancement - CW/RTTY/SSB messages dialog box/window

Especially in light of some new creative uses for SSB voice-keying .wav 
file combinations, I suggest the  CW/RTTY/SSB messages dialog box/window be 
DOUBLED in width...or to Full Screen width...or made user expandable by 
clicking and dragging.  This will eliminate a lot of cursor scrolling 
within the fields for lengthy combinations of commands, and enable a more 
instant visible view of what 's there...especially when setting up.  It 
would definitely be a benefit when modifying stuff.
