[WriteLog] 2 & 3 letter .wav combos

Whoops. RTFM to me.
Wayne, W5XD, politely pointed out to me that the help file does indeed
indicate WL will look for .wav files shorter than the full callsign.
"If you create WAV files named with letter sequences, WriteLog will use them
in preference to the single letter names. For example, when building the
sound for the call "W1AW", WriteLog will look first for the file W1AW.WAV.
If that isn't found, it will shorten its search to W1A.WAV and so forth. If
it gets all the way down to single letters, which in this case would be
W.WAV, 1.WAV, A.WAV, and W.WAV, then it will use those or else display an
error message indicating the names of the files it failed to find."
