[WriteLog] CW keying via COM1 port help needed?

I don't understand this whole thread.  Have things changed in a dramatic
way since I last upgraded??  WriteLog sends CW on DTR and uses RTS for
PTT.  Is there now a choice to put the CW keying on RTS???????????
