[WriteLog] Cabrillo for ARRL Field Day

What you do, Cal, is don't worry about it.  Per the FD rules (I'm too tired
to quote the exact one), a Cabrillo file is not required.  All you need is
an alphabetical list of callsigns worked by band and mode, with summary
