[WriteLog] CW Sending from a Laptop

Hi Lee

I use serial keying here at home on my XP Pro, 1.5 Ghz pc and
serial keying is fine. We used lpt port keying using 98 on P
133's at our local club with WriteLog and it worked fine this
weekend during FD. We were using version 10.46.
