Yesterday was not my day.

* The link from CTY.ZIP to the latest file was still pointing to the OLD file.
   Make sure you get CTY-1401.ZIP when you download CTY.ZIP.

* WL_CTY.DAT was broken, thanks to Dick WC1M for noticing it.
   The new file is 41,422 bytes and is dated 23:40 on 2 March 2004.

Sorry about the mistakes.
