[WriteLog] Writelog 10.45 rig interface

Gary,

Just select your radio under the Rig Type pull down list in the proper 
"comm" row. This is sufficient. There is now a "no rig" entry in the pull 
down list (instead of the old "TenTec" entry), so the "Rig" button was 
redundant and was removed.
