[WriteLog] error message

I'm not sure what this is.  But I get it sometimes when I start the MMTTY
plug-in on my Win XP Pro machine but never on the 98se machine.  Sometimes if I
shut down WriteLog and restart it want happen.  Sometimes I have to reboot.  But
it always goes away.

Just installed 10.46G and now get error message UserPara.INI with a bunch of
garbage after it. What is this and how can I get rid of it?
