[WriteLog] 10.46 Web Update--spaces in file names trips up the restart

Don't think that's the problem, Wayne. When I use "File Web Update Data 
Files" it downloads WlWebUpdate.zip into c:\ham. There are no spaces in 
that file name. None of the constituent file names inside the zip file 
contain spaces, either. But upon automatic restart, WL issues an obscure 
error message and exits. I can unzip the zip file manually into 
c:\ham\Programs and restart WL manually and everything is fine.
