[WriteLog] Field Day band change rules?

I was wondering if the FD module in WL tracks properly the 15 minute rule
for Field Day. Once a TX is used on a band, you cannot change bands for 15
minutes. Is there a way to set this up so we don't make mistakes?

I will watch the reflector for replies....
