[WriteLog] wpx problem take 2

Okay. Thanks for all the helpful suggestions. Here's what I've done. I downloaded the latest wl_cty.dat file per the K9JY Web site. I had it downloaded to the Programs subdirectory. Then, I used the "convert CTY" program in the main program menu. After it did its processing thing, I went and opened the WPX log, and did a recalculate score, and the log now shows "Turks & Caicos" in the country field. That's progress. However, it still shows 1 point in the point field. So, what didn't I do right?
