[WriteLog] Antenna direction failure

I just finished the CQ WWDX SSB contest and could not get WL to control the
rotator.  DX4WIN does it just fine, but WL had it greyed out indicating a
problem as per the help file.  However, I was not able to find a cure for
whatever the problem might be.  Sure was a pain working both Europe and
South America where I had to manually move the antenna.  Any suggestions for
help would be appreciated.  Also it sure would be nice to not have to leave
the entry window to move the antenna.
