[WriteLog] Leading Zero in Serial Number

I needed to shutdown/restart Writelog for the .ini file change to kick in.

Read the K9JY sight re leading zero in serial number.  I created a [Cut Numbers} entry in .ini file.  Entered:  0=T.  Saved .ini.
Saved log.  Still sends all five dashes.

Help on correcting this would be appreciated.
