[WriteLog] Dual Soundcard setup on a Remote PC

I need to install a 2nd soundcard on my pc located at my HF Remote
station.

I'm using my current soundcard for http://www.skype.com to get audio
back and forth between home and my remote site.

I need another soundcard so I can send audio msg's to my rig via
Writelog.

I've done a search in the searchable archive and didn't have much luck
on the actual steps to intstall a second sound card and tell Writelog
which one to use.

Any help, direction or a URL with the steps would be appreciated.
