[WriteLog] Packet Spot Window Missing Options - Solved

Thanks to Mike, W0MU, for the answer -

 

In ARRL Sweepstakes the 'follow me' option in the packet spot window
does not work, and the single band options are missing.  Other contest
modules work fine.  This is apparently in concert with some logic I
don't understand, i.e., since stations /mults can only be worked once,
the theory is you would not want to see band specific spots!?!?
