It's interesting to hear you express that. I often worry when I am a casual
participant in WAE ( mostly CW) that if I accept QTCs, but don't submit a
log, that the sender might get a penalty as e.g. " not in log"

Can you reassure us, with your local DL knowledge, that this is unlikely to
happen? I'd really hate anyone to lose points because I didn't submit a log.
