[WriteLog] Scoring problem

After reconfiguration of my PCs in the shack, I have reinstalled WL.  On opening last years CQ WW CW log I find that WL is scoring all contacts at 3 points except for dupes which are correctly scored zero points.

I have set my zone correctly as 20 in the Paramater setup but clearly there is something else I need to do to solve this problem.  Darned if I can find what it is though.  Can one of you fine gentlemen show me the light?
