[WriteLog] Lost Packet Window

What I've found is that the packet window doesn't show up in the "start bar"
until the telnet connection window is either cancelled or "OK" is clicked.
So, if you're connecting via telnet, when the packet window opens it's not
really there until you've gotten past that fist step. If you move that
little dialog box to an unused portion of the screen, then when writelog
starts, you can see it.

Thanks Tony and others. It turns out the packet window actually is
there. But instead of being at the top of the occlusion stack as
before, it's now at the bottom and it has no icon on the start bar.
Therefore, I have to minimize every other window in order to uncover
the packet window, but at least it's there.
