[WriteLog] Time and date edits

I was really surprised to learn my machine's time was off by 1 hour (Yes
very dumb)

WL's edit capability will be a big help to fix the log but was surprised
when I used it:

First QSO was at 23:02 on 11/26.
I can add an hour but was surprised when he result was 00:02 on 11/26.

I would have expected the date to go to 11/27.

Am I all wet ?
