[WriteLog] Bands for CQP

Setting up for CQP this weekend with ver. 10.44....

When CQP (instate) is selected, the default Bands are the entire bands with
all modes (e.g. 3500-4000 kHz, LSB, USB, CW)--no subbands. But  when typing
a frequency into the CALL field the mode does not necessarily
track--especially from phone to CW.

Breaking up a band into mode-specific subbands appears NOT to allow QSY to a
CW subband by entering a valid frequency in the CALL field. IOW, in order to
get my FT1000MP to track bands, I surrender mode tracking.

Is this a glitch for this contest module, or am I missing something?
