[WriteLog] W9XT card recording fix for 10.50

A bit confusing.

The first part makes it sound like the feature was broken in 10.47 thru
10.50
with no qualifications.  That's easy to ubderstand.

The last part:

The "Again' implies that we have ben told this before.  Have we?
