[WriteLog] Writelog - Telnet, No Packet data

I get the Packet spot window with the comment, "DXTelnet<> Writelog Spot Linker", 
as you indicate, OK. No spots are posted - ever.

I did not read the authors interfacing instructions, however. I will now.

I do not need multiple DXTelnet's. Getting one will be perfect, for now.
