In the spirit of answering questions before they are asked
(well, hey, it is election season)...

Q: How come my Writelog time is off by an hour for the second half of the
CQ WW SSB contest?

A: If you log in UTC, make sure to set your Windows timezone to
"GMT: Casablanca,Monvoria" 
not "GMT: Dublin, Edinburg, London, Lisbon"

Casablanca does not use daylight savings time, so it will come out correct.
If you use local time to log, make sure you have the Windows box
"Automatically adjust clock for daylight savings changes" selected.
