Yes, WriteLog can be used for RTTY contesting.  It is the BEST RTTY contest
program available.

Sorry, not in Spanish (yet?).

However, there are several of my tutorials in Italian at
http://www.mcc.is.it/modules.php?name=News&new_topic=2 (thanks IK4MHB).  Spanish
is not far from Italian.  I know it saved me from getting off at the wrong train
station in Rome 25 years ago!
