[WriteLog] Recording a new message on-the-fly

To my memory many months back there were several people here on the
reflector being very loud about needing the ten additional SSB messages. 
Possibly one of them can explain the rationale and just maybe they have
figured out what replaces  Shift-Fkey to record voice messages.
