[WriteLog] Shift/F key recording

Hi Larry,
As I said, it was a "quick" test. I successfully recorded messages, and
they played back, for F1(11) thru F4 or F5. I did not test sending
anything from the shifted F keys.
I don't have time today to do any further tests (the sun came out and
the unpainted side of the house beckons).
Shouldn't take long to try out the combinations.

Possibly true but how can you record F2 on the fly if Shift F2 now sends
the shift F2 message instead of recording F2, etc, etc?
