[WriteLog] Bored At 4am, or Timed Repeat CQ

Well things got slow around 4am and I did some reading and thought I would
try the Timed CQ Function.............MISTAKE!  I set the interval to 3.0
just to see what it would do and picked F2 for the function key (my CQ F
key) and hit OK.  When I hit the F2 key it starts CQing with NO interval,
just over and over again. What am I doing wrong?  Oh, I'm in the RTTY mode
for the test this weekend.
